Norah Burdette helped provide one of the school’s signature moments during her time with the volleyball squad.  During her senior campaign in 2005, Burdette made the CACC All-Tournament Team in helping guide GBC to the conference title.  In recording 15 kills and a .414 hitting percentage in the final against University of the Sciences, she played a prominent role in leading the squad to a 25-7 record and the first CACC title for the College in any women’s sport.  Burdette, who also was tabbed second team all-league in 2004, departed first in school history with 968 kills, second with 183 blocks, third with 101 aces and fifth with a .246 hitting percentage.
