The Lightning's second-leading scorer with a 13.0 average, Picard led the men's basketball team to a 3-5 record in the month of November. He also led the Lightning with 25 assists and ranked second on the team with nine steals.
Picard scored in double figures in five of the Lightning's eight games, including a pair of 20-point efforts. In the Lightning's 87-85 loss against Nova Southeastern on Nov. 24, he tallied 24 points by making 7 of 13 shots from the floor and all six free throw attempts.
On Nov. 28, Picard lifted the Lightning to an 85-76 victory over Mercy by tallying a career-high 25 points while matching a season high with seven rebounds. He made 7 of 16 shots from the floor in addition to all six free throws.
After the first month of the season, the Skippack, Pa. native has made 35 of 38 free throw attempts (.921). He is also averaging 4.0 rebounds per game.
