Chris Mandia Picked to CACC Men’s Golf Weekly Honor Roll

Another strong performance last week for Goldey-Beacom junior Chris Mandia (Catskill, NY) has landed him a spot on the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Men's Golf Weekly Honor Roll.

Mandia closed tied for eighth at the Dr. Edwin B. Cottrell Invitational in Exton, PA. He opened play Sunday and concluded it Monday with 76, before coming back later in the day to fire 79. His total of 155 gave him his first top-10 finish of the year.

It was the final tune-up of the season for the Lightning, who next Tuesday and Wednesday will compete at the CACC Tournament in Middletown, DE. During Monday's banquet, GBC legend Mike Tobiason will be inducted as part of the inaugural class of the league's Hall of Fame.
