Four Additional Student-Athletes for Goldey-Beacom Announced to the CACC All-Academic Team

Goldey-Beacom saw a total of four from the Women's Tennis and Men's Golf teams make the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference All-Academic Team.

Nahomi Quinonez (Manta, Ecuador) and Elina Mukhamadeeva (Kazan, Russia) were honored for Women's Tennis with Guillermo de Miguel (Cadiz, Spain) and William Kelly (Auckland, New Zealand) tabbed for Men's Golf.

The 2023-24 CACC Rookie of the Year, Quinonez the following season notched 14 singles wins and 15 doubles triumphs in helping Goldey-Beacom reach the CACC Tournament semifinals for the first of two straight years.

De Miguel was picked to the All-CACC Team a second time and closed the year ranked 18th in the East Region. He had three top-10 finishes, ending third at the CACC Championship and third at the Jefferson Invitational last fall.

Kelly also made the all-conference team a second time, winning the league's Top XVII Award for having the sport's top GPA among athletes competing at the final's site. He also was part of all three Lightning squads who won three consecutive CACC titles from 2022-24.
