Three for Goldey-Beacom Garner CACC Monthly Awards

Goldey-Beacom took home three monthly awards with sophomore Camilla Franzin (Trieste, Italy) tabbed Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Women's Tennis Player of the Month, freshman Jenna Frank (Ulm, Germany) earning a spot on the Monthly Honor Roll with freshman Matteo Sasdelli (Florence, Italy) picked the Men's Golf Rookie of the Month.

Franzin went 4-0 in April, winning twice each at singles and doubles. The first team All-CACC pick opened the spring ranked 44th in the country, closed 9-3 on the campaign in singles and 10-3 in doubles.

Frank also went 4-0 during that same time with a pair of triumphs in the singles and doubles. The second team all-league selection ended the campaign 10-5 in singles and 9-7 in doubles.

Sasdelli recorded a pair of top-10 finishes in the month, closing fourth at the Edwin Cottrell Invitational and tied for eighth at the Husky Invitational. Ranked 19th in the East Region, Sasdelli was named to the All-CACC Team after ending with five top-10 finishes that included four straight.
