Sophomores Suhail Bismilla (Johannesburg, South Africa) and Chahin Aghrim (Bonn, Germany) each have been named first team All-Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference for Men's Soccer, junior Amy Runciman (Luton, England) was picked second team all-league for Women's Soccer and Dan Frick was tabbed BSN Sports Women's Soccer Coach of the Year.

Bismilla is one of the league's top goalkeepers and also one of the team's leaders with his vocal play and solid intuition.  He is 58th in the nation with a 1.11 goals against average, 67th with a .760 save percentage and 79th with 57 saves.

Bismilla owns an 8-4-2 record this season with two shutouts, including six saves in back-to-back matches vs. Georgian Court and Bloomfield.  He was named the league's Defensive Player of the Week on September 19 and 26.

Aghrim owns some of the best footwork of anyone in the conference and his incredible speed certainly does not hurt.  Named CoSIDA Academic All-District, he is tied for sixth in the league with five assists and tied for 15th with 13 points.

Aghrim also has four goals this season, scoring twice in consecutive games against the District of Columbia and Concordia (NY).  He was named the league's Player of the Week on September 19.

Runciman has been one of the team's most reliable scorers over the last two seasons.  Her play whether it is her scoring touch or passing ability has her 23rd in the nation with nine assists, 39th with 0.47 assists per game, fifth in the CACC with 21 points and 10th overall with six goals.

Runciman is tied for fifth in team history with 18 goals, second overall with 25 assists and fourth with 61 points.  She had two goals and three assists October 5 at Lincoln (PA) to go with two goals and an assist September 13 vs. Queens (NY).  Runciman made the league's Weekly Honor Roll September 19 and October 10.

Frick has done an exceptional job taking the squad from an 8-10 mark and eight place in 2015 to a 12-5-1 regular-season record and a third-place finish this season.  The Lightning's win total is their greatest since a school-record 14 in both 2001 and 2002.
