Senior William Kelly (Auckland, New Zealand) took home medalist honors and Goldey-Beacom captured second place at the Jefferson Invitational with a team score of 297, only three behind host Jefferson.

Kelly had an impressive day by shooting 69 for his first individual win.  Senior Guillermo de Miguel (Cadiz, Spain) shot 71, freshman Matteo Sasdelli (Florence, Italy) finished with 76 and freshman Isaac Puerto Rodriguez (Lanzarote, Spain) carded 81. Senior David Pic (Wilmington, DE) rounded out the scores for the Lightning with 85. 

Goldey-Beacom next hosts the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Golf Championships from October 5-7 at the White Clay Creek Country Club in Wilmington, DE.
