Matteo Sasdelli Named to the CACC Men’s Golf Weekly Honor Roll

Goldey-Beacom freshman Matteo Sasdelli (Florence, Italy) saw two outstanding performances on the links help him picked to the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Men's Golf Weekly Honor Roll.

Sasdelli closed fourth at the CACC Preview with 74 and tied for 44th at the Blue Hen Intercollegiate with 235. The latter included a final-round 75 with an eagle and two birdies.

The Lightning ended the Blue Hen Intercollegiate seventh in a field which 10 of the 12 schools were Division I. GBC in the final round of the 54-hole event carded 293 to tie for the second-best round of the day.

Goldey-Beacom returns to action September 25 at the Jefferson Invitational in Norristown, PA.
