Goldey-Beacom began play at the NCAA Regional Tournament in Erie, Pa, wrapping day one in 18th place with a team score of 325.

Senior Adrian Bonilla (Almeria, Spain) is in a tie for eleventh after round one, shooting 74 on the day. Junior Guillermo de Miguel (Cadiz, Spain) finished with 77 after round one and is tied for 32nd. Senior Camilo Samur (Bucaramanga, Colombia) shot 84 in the first round and sits at 82nd place. Sophomore Pedro Huerta (Mérida, Spain) finished the first round with 90 and freshman Beto Torres (Mérida, Spain) carded 96.

The Lightning return to The Whispering Woods Golf Course tomorrow for day two of the NCAA Regional, with tee time at 8:20am.
