William Kelly Picked to the CACC Men’s Golf Weekly Honor Roll

Goldey-Beacom senior William Kelly (Auckland, New Zealand) recorded his first collegiate victory and that earned him a spot on the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Men's Golf Weekly Honor Roll.

Kelly shot a one-under-par 69 to capture the Jefferson Invitational. He made five birdies that included three of the first six holes to win by one shot over Jaden Minter from Jefferson.

An All-CACC member in 2023-24, Kelly was coming off ending tied for 34th with 232 at the Blue Hen Intercollegiate that featured 10 Division I schools. He also shot 79 to close tied for 15th at the CACC Preview.

Goldey-Beacom next Sunday-Tuesday will compete in the CACC Championship at White Clay Creek Country Club. The Lightning are the three-time defending league champions and closed tied for second at the aforementioned CACC Preview.
