The reigning Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference golf champions ended day one of the Chestnut Hill Invitational in sixth place.
Senior's Adrian Bonilla (Almeria, Spain) and Camilo Samur (Bucaramanga, Colombia) lead for the Lightning after both shooting 81 in the first round.
Junior Armando Campana (Lima, Peru) finished with 93 in the first round of the two day invitational, and sophomore Pedro Huerta (Mérida, Spain) was not far behind with 94. Senior Ryne Miller (Wilmington, DE) finished the first round with a score of 97.
Goldey-Beacom competes in round two of the Chestnut Hill Invitational tomorrow in Cape May Court House, NJ.
