(results.)

Goldey-Beacom returned to the course in fine fashion, placing tied for second at the Husky Invitational in Danville, PA to close its fall season.

The Lightning finished the competition 19 over par, tied for first with Millersville. Millersville clinched the first place spot in a tie breaker, pushing GBC into second place.

Sophomore William Kelly (Auckland, New Zealand) played an impressive round at just two over par with 74 to place third, shooting two birdies on the day.

Junior Pablo Saenz Avila (Bogota, Colombia) shot 75 to place tied for fourth.  This comes after breaking two school records at the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Championship last week and helping Goldey-Beacom win its second straight league title.

Adrian Bonilla (Almeria, Spain) saw three birdies in his round of 78 to place eighth and fellow junior Hunter McGee (Almonte, Ont.) played a round of 80, placing tied for 13th. McGee at the CACC Championship placed second, just short of the individual title.

Junior Mason Kucy (Camrose, Alb.) rounded out the scores for the Lightning with 84 to place tied for 24th in his first competition of the season.

Goldey-Beacom will await the announcement of its spring schedule.  One of those events will be the NCAA Regional Tournament in Wheeling, WV from May 9-11.
