Goldey-Beacom took the course in their third competition of the season, sitting tied for ninth place after one round at the FPU Fall Invitational in Townsend, MA.

Sophomores Hunter McGee (Almonte, Ont.) and Camilo Samur (Bucaramanga, Colombia) lead the way for the Lightning, carding 74 for sit tied for 18^th. McGee shot four birdies across the first round.

Fellow sophomore Pablo Saenz Avila (Bogota, Colombia) sits tied for 31^st after shooting 77.

Freshman William Kelly (Auckland, New Zealand) currently sits at tied for 58^th after recording 83 at the end of his first round. Sophomore Adrian Bonilla (Almeria, Spain) finished his first round 14-over par to sit tied for 62^nd.

Fellow Central Collegiate Atlantic Conference schools Felician and Post sit just ahead of the Lightning tied for fifth.

Goldey-Beacom concludes the tournament on Monday with tee times beginning at 9am.
