Men's Golf Ends Day Two At NCAA East/Atlantic Regional

Goldey-Beacom took the course and played strong on day two of the NCAA East/Atlantic Regional, shooting 301 in Victor, NY.

Hunter McGee (Almonte, ON) continued his strong play with a birdie, finishing his round at even-par 72 and is tied for seventh with 145.  Adrian Bonilla (Almeria, Spain) shot four birdies, carding 76 to sit tied for 28th at 149.

Camilo Samur (Bucaramanga, Colombia) notched four birdies on the day, carding 77 and totaling 151 to sit tied for 52nd.  Pablo Saenz Avila (Bogota, Colombia) recorded three birdies and is tied for 65th with 154 after shooting 76.  Griffin Pederson (Gunnison, CO) added a birdie to end his day with 84 and 164 total.

Goldey-Beacom is tied for ninth place with CACC competitor Post University and GLVC opponent Indiana (PA) University.

Saint Thomas Aquinas has the team lead with 586 and Nolan Skaggs from STAC owns the individual lead with 142.

Goldey-Beacom returns to action Saturday with its third and final round beginning at 10:00 am.
