Men’s Golf Concludes Play at the NCAA Regional Preview

Goldey-Beacom endured another day of tough conditions in upstate New York, concluding play at the NCAA Regional Preview in Victor, NY. 
 
Freshman Adrian Bonilla (Almeria, Spain) followed his season-best 73 from Sunday by carding 76 to end tied for fourth at 149.  It is his best finish of the season and his second top-10 showing.
 
Freshman Hunter McGee (Almonte, ON) on Tuesday shot 76 to end the championship tied for 44th with 155.
 
Freshman Pablo Saenz Avila (Bogota, Colombia) carded 77 to end his weekend tied for 49th with 156.  Camilo Samur (Bucaramanga, Colombia) fired 78 to end with 162 and fellow freshman Mason Kucy (Camrose, AB) shot 87 to finish at 168.
 
Goldey-Beacom shot 307 on the day and closed the tournament 10th with 619, finishing ahead of fellow Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference schools Dominican (NY), Post and Wilmington (DE).  Davis & Elkins won with 595.
 
Goldey-Beacom returns to action April 20 at the Jefferson Quad-Match in Langhorne, PA.
