Primeau Breaks Men's Golf Career Birdies Record at Jefferson Rams Classic

Senior Andre Primeau (Pontypool, ON) established a new school record for career birdies, accomplishing this for Goldey-Beacom at the Jefferson Rams Classic in Lafayette Hill, PA.

Primeau now stands at 123 career birdies, breaking the mark of 121 held by CoSIDA Academic All-America Patrick McRae. It capped a solid day in which he ended fifth among 63 players with 77.

Junior Ryan Quigg (Sykesville, MD) was tied for 13th with 82, sophomore Shea Murphy (Wilmington, DE) closed tied for 18th with 83, Hunter Tollinger (Elkton, MD) finished tied for 33rd with 86 and fellow freshman Corbin Babyak (Wallenpaupack, PA) was tied for 36th with 87.

Goldey-Beacom ended tied for third with 328 and Felician won with 317.
