Men’s Golf Finishes Play at the California Intercollegiate

Goldey-Beacom shot 321 in the final round and finished in eighth place at the California (PA) Coaches Intercollegiate in Crofton, MD.

The Lightning were coming off shooting 310 in Monday's afternoon round, but ended the 54-hole tournament at 963.

Senior Chris Mandia (Catskill, NY) shot a final-round 80 and closed the championship tied for 25th at 237. Freshman Shea Murphy (Wilmington, DE) was tied for 29th after shooting 80 on Tuesday for a 238.

Junior Andre Primeau (Pontypool, ON) fired 78 to closed tied for 36th at 243, senior Garrett Brown (Severn, MD) was 43rd at 247 and sophomore Ryan Quigg (Sykesville, MD) ended 50th at 259.

Goldey-Beacom is in action April 9-10 at the Edwin B. Cottrell Invitational in West Chester, PA.
