Men’s Golf Concludes Play at the Post Eagles Invitational

Goldey-Beacom went against solid competition a second straight day in concluding play at the Post Eagles Invitational in Watertown, CT.

Junior Andre Primeau (Pontypool, ON) finished tied for 21st after shooting a second straight 77 and senior Chris Mandia (Catskill, NY) carded 75 to close tied for 40th with 158. Senior Garrett Brown (Severn, MD) was tied for 52nd with 162 and freshman Shea Murphy (Wilmington, DE) ended tied for 57th with 163.

The Lightning carded 318 that was one shot better than their first round, but dropped from 10th place to end 12th. Wilmington (DE) won with 592.

Goldey-Beacom is in action Sunday and Monday at the Le Moyne Invitational in Cicero, NY.
