Goldey-Beacom usually faces the region's elite and today was no different as it participated in the first Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Fall Invitational in Lafayette Hill, PA.

The Lightning came out firing and saw some of the big guns do damage with junior Chris Mandia (Catskill, NY) closing tied for 19th with 78.

Sophomore Barry Frankel (Sykesville, MD) was tied for 38th with 84, freshman Ryan Quigg (Sykesville, MD) ended tied for 45th with 88 and sophomore Andre Primeau (Pontypool, Ontario) also was tied for 45th.

GBC ended 10th with 338 and Wilmington (DE) won the team title with 290. Jose Luis Martinez from Post grabbed medalist honors with 68.

Goldey-Beacom ends its fall season next Tuesday at the Griffin Invitational in Avondale, PA.
