Wilmington, DE - The Lady Lightning Softball team will be traveling down to Virginia Beach this weekend for the Virginia Wesleyan University Tournament.  The team will play against four teams in a two day period before returning home. 

Their first matchup comes to them at 9:00am on Friday, February 29th against Virginia State University.  The team will then have to wait until 5:00pm to face their next challenge of Hunter College.  Saturday's first game for the Lightning will be again at 9:00am to face Keystone College.  1:00pm is the Lightning's last game of the weekend against Davis and Elkins College. 

The team is led by Seniors Kendra Russell on the mound, Megan Harper behind the plate, Bridget Mount and Jill Murphy up the middle of the field.
