Baseball Announces Schedule Changes for the Weekend

A Thursday snowstorm in North Carolina has forced Goldey-Beacom to adjust its schedule for the weekend.

GBC had its game Friday against Tiffin postponed. The Lightning now will face Tiffin on Saturday at noon and Clarion at 4:00 pm.

Sunday's single game against Frostburg State now will be a doubleheader that still will begin at 10:00 am.

All games remain at the United States Training Complex in Cary, NC.

Goldey-Beacom enters the weekend having taken three of four games last weekend at Limestone. Tevin Thomas (Dover, DE) was picked the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Player of the Week and fellow senior Bailey Spence (Newark, DE) was picked to the league's Weekly Honor Roll.
