Megan Harvis (Delran H.S./Delran, N.J.) scored one goal and added an assist as the Goldey-Beacom College Lightning (5-4-1, 2-4-1 CACC) defeated the Bloomfield College Bears (1-13, 1-8 CACC) 3-0 at Foley Field on Saturday afternoon.
Curry started the scoring for the Lightning in the 27
th minute when she took a through ball from freshman midfielder
Amy Runciman (Stopsley H.S./Luton, England), dribbled past two defenders, deaked the goalie to the right and placed the ball comfortably in the back of the net for a 1-0 lead.
The lightning upped the advantage at the beginning of the second half when Curry found the net again, her second of the game, from the six yard line on a pass from Harvis.
Harvis reaped the benefits of unselfish play in the 83
rd minute when she scored a goal of her own. Harvis took a pass from freshman forward
Kelsey Vick (Paul VI H.S./Clarksboro, N.J.) and calmly rolled the ball past a diving keeper for a 3-0 lead.

Making her first start of the season, goalkeeper
Cindell Aguirre (Coronado H.S/El Paso, Texas) tallied five saves for the shutout victory.
The Lightning tallied two or more goals for the 7
th time in 10 games this season, and are impressive 5-1 in road games this season .
The Lightning will look to put together a four game point streak when the travel to Chestnut Hill College on Tuesday afternoon for a CACC contest starting at 4:00 PM.
