LYNDHURST, N.J. - JoJo Pisani of Felician scored the game's only goal just under five minutes into the action as neither team generated much offense and the host Falcons handed the Goldey-Beacom College women's soccer team a 1-0 loss on Saturday night in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference play.

The Lightning (5-6, 4-5 CACC) have now lost three of their last four and, with this loss, allowed idle Chestnut Hill and victorious Dominican College to jump ahead of them in the CACC standings. Felician snapped a three-game winless streak and moved to 8-4-1 on the year and 7-2 in league play as the Falcons stand in second place in the conference.

The two teams combined for just 15 shots (Felician 8, GBC 7) and both goalkeepers, Kristin Degenhardt for GBC and Allie Couzo for Felician, made three saves apiece.

Pisani's goal came on the first shot of the game by either team, as she received a pass from Juliet Numfor, turned, and fired a shot from the top of the 18-yard box in the upper right corner of the net.
