Goldey-Beacom was handed a 2-0 loss to Wilkes in Valorant NECC, with Map 1 (Haven) having a final score of 13-5 and Map 2 (Bind) ending in similar fashion with a score of 13-6.

Freshman Caleb "Hatch" Visinsky had 10 first bloods across the two maps. Fellow freshman Stephen "Anhelo" Quinn had a career best 4 kills in a single round on Map 2 (Bind).

It was a battle for first place in the Northeast B group of Division VII with Wilkes improving to 6-0 and Goldey-Beacom falling to 5-1.

The Valorant NECC squad is back in action on Monday, where it faces Arcadia at 8:00 pm to close the regular season.
