Men’s Cross Country Excels at the NCAA East Regional

Another strong performance for Goldey-Beacom's men's cross country team saw three student-athletes excel at the NCAA East Regional Championship in Rochester, NY.
 
Senior Kosiani Dunkley (Kingston, Jamaica) closed 29th in 32:43.8 for the best finish in school history.  This capped an outstanding season in which he had three top-10 finishes, winning the Golden Rams Invitational and closing sixth at the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Championship.
 
Sophomore John Ferry (Rising Sun, MD) was 46th in 33:16.8, ending a year which he had four top-10 finishes.  He won the Philadelphia Cross Classic, was second at the Delaware Invitational and fifth at the CACC Championship.
 
Freshman Kalle Ohlund (Huskvarna, Sweden) finished 83rd in 34:48.0 in what also was a standout year.  He also closed seventh at the Philadelphia Cross Classic and 10th at the CACC Championship.
 
GBC this season was fourth at the CACC Championship, one of four top-four finishes.  Its best result was a second-place showing at the Golden Ram Invitational.
