Fabulous Five for Goldey-Beacom Earn CACC Weekly Honors

This week's accolades for Goldey-Beacom from the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference saw Daniel Granado (Seville, Spain) named Men's Soccer Rookie of the Week, junior Emanuel Bustos (Miami, FL) picked to the sport's Weekly Honor Roll with senior Piper Nanouski (Chicago, IL), Gaby Fernandez (Arecibo, PR) and fellow freshman Ada Koksal (Istanbul, Turkiye) selected to Volleyball's Weekly Honor Roll.
 
Granado scored twice Saturday in Goldey-Beacom's 7-1 victory over Bloomfield.
 
In that same contest, Bustos scored twice to help the Lightning clinch a spot in the CACC Tournament.  Bustos also had an assist Wednesday at Georgian Court.
 
Nanouski closed with 27 kills over two matches.  She had 15 kills Wednesday at Holy Family before recording 12 on Saturday in Goldey-Beacom's 3-0 victory over Felician.
 
Fernandez had 39 digs over two matches.  She recorded 20 on Saturday against Felician after getting 19 on Wednesday at Holy Family.
 
Koksal recorded 73 assists over two matches.  She notched 41 on Wednesday at Holy Family before getting 32 on Saturday vs. Felician.
