The honors kept pouring in for Goldey-Beacom with freshman Zayon Marsh (Maplewood, NJ) picked the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Men's Basketball Rookie of the Week for a fifth time and senior Alexis Harrison (Millville, NJ) tabbed to the Women's Basketball Weekly Honor Roll a fourth time this season.

Marsh averaged 20.0 points on 11-of-21 shooting to go with 10.0 rebounds per contest over two games.  He also shot 17-for-19 from the foul line.  Marsh closed with 20 points and 12 rebounds for his 11th double-double of the season in Goldey-Beacom's 86-76 victory Saturday at Felician.  This came after he had 20 points and eight rebounds Wednesday in his squad's 62-50 win at Holy Family.

It has been a beyond prolific season for Marsh, who is relied on a great deal whether it is his outside shooting, low-post moves or guarding frontcourt players in the paint.  A gifted athlete who has put himself in line for postseason awards, Marsh has recorded 11 double-doubles this season that included a run of six straight from January 7-29.

Marsh is fourth in the country with his double-doubles, ninth with 10.0 rebounds per game (second in the league) and second in the CACC with 18.9 points per contest.

Harrison averaged 19.0 points on 15-of-25 shooting and 7.5 rebounds over two games.  She recorded 20 points on 8-of-11 shooting with seven rebounds Saturday in Goldey-Beacom's 70-54 victory at Felician.  This was after she got 18 points and eight rebounds Wednesday at Holy Family.

Harrison continues to be a presence in the paint and has Goldey-Beacom looking to get back into the CACC Tournament.  She is third in the CACC with a .527 field goal percentage, fourth with 74 free throws, 11th with 12.1 points per contest and is averaging 19.2 over her last six contests.

She is 11th in team history with 1,091 career points, eighth with 615 rebounds, eighth with 438 field goals and fifth with 101 blocks.

The men's team (9-13, 6-6 CACC) is tied for second in the CACC South Division with the top two schools getting a home quarterfinal game in the CACC Tournament.  The women's squad (9-13, 6-6) holds a one-game edge over Georgian Court for fourth place and the division's final conference-tournament spot.

Goldey-Beacom on Wednesday visits Georgian Court with the women's game at 6:00 pm and the men's contest at 8:00 pm.
