Game Recap: Men's Soccer |

Men’s Soccer Falls, 1-0, at West Chester



Goldey-Beacom stepped out of league play for the penultimate time in the regular season and was dealt a 1-0 loss by West Chester in West Chester, PA.
 
West Chester (7-3-2) scored the lone goal in the 57th minute.  Brett Glasco got the ball and fed it to Miguel Ross, who fired one home from 18 yards for his third goal of the season.
 
The Lightning (6-3-1) held the shot advantage for the seventh time this season, closing with a 16-11 mark.  Chahin Aghrim (Bonn, Germany) had three shots and fellow sophomore Suhail Bismilla (Johannesburg, South Africa) came up with three saves.
 
Ross attempted four shots and James Wood recorded five saves for the Golden Rams.
 
Goldey-Beacom is on the road Saturday at Dominican (NY) as part of a doubleheader with the women's team.  The men's game starts at 2:30 pm, which follows the women's noon contest.
