WILMINGTON, Del. – Sophomore midfielder
Bruno Montini (Sao Paulo, Brazil) scored the winning goal in the 81st minute as Wilmington University (8-5-0, 5-3-0) overcame a two-goal halftime deficit to earn a 3-2 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference victory over Goldey-Beacom College (7-6-0, 5-3-0) at Nancy Churchman-Sawin Field on Tuesday afternoon.
Montini, who scored his second goal of the season, gave the Wildcats their only lead of the match with 9:10 remaining in regulation when he bent in a corner kick off the goalpost and past freshman goalkeeper

The Lightning took a quick 1-0 lead in the sixth minute when senior forward
Luiz Ristow (Joinville, Brazil) scored his 10th goal of the season off an assist from freshman midfielder
Cameron Wilkinson (Terrigal, NSW, Australia).
With 16:24 remaining in the opening stanza, Ristow extended the advantage to 2-0 when he scored an unassisted marker on a 20-yard shot.
In the 60th minute, sophomore midfielder
Juan Bernal (Mississauga, Ontario, Canada) trimmed the Wildcats' deficit to 2-1 when he scored his second goal of the season, heading in a free kick from sophomore midfielder
Geoff Velasquez (William Penn H.S./New Castle, Del.).
Just over six minutes later, the Wildcats tied the match at 2-2 when junior forward
Samuel Naiwo (London, England) posted his fourth goal of the season by taking a pass from junior defender
Lance Berry (Caravel Academy/Bear, Del.) and scoring on a close shot.
The Wildcats outshot Goldey-Beacom by a 19-12 margin, including a commanding 12-2 edge in the second half.
