Men's Cross Country finishes 3rd on toughest course in America

La Plume, PA – Men's Cross Country finishes 3rd on toughest course in America

 

The Lightning Men's Cross Country team took on the “toughest course in America” today.  The Lightning men ran the 8k (5 miles) course with all five runners finishing in the top 35.  Soufiane Sadikina led the team with a time of 31:01, which was good for 3rd place overall.  Paul Graybeal was next for the Lightning to cross the finish line with a time of 32:40, which placed him in 14th.  Ben Kinley and Andrew Madden followed up in 22nd and 24th places respectively.  Konstantin Rubtsov rounded out the Lightning's team for the day in 33rd place.  Those scores placed the men's team in 3rd overall.  The Lightning will next race at Hunter College on September 14th.
