Jessica Tynes

Jessica Tynes is in her fourth season as an assistant coach for Goldey-Beacom.
 
Tynes arrived from MOT Charter High School, where she spent two seasons as its JV coach.  She was in charge of designing practices that primarily assisted the freshmen and sophomores in hopes of making the varsity squad.  She also assisted the varsity practices and monitored the players' grades.
 
She also spent six months as an assistant coach with Premier Volleyball Club of Delaware, training 16-year-olds and arranging all of the practices.  Tynes also spent two years (2018-19) as an assistant with Wesley College, helping with recruiting, academics, planning practices and inventory of apparel.
 
Tynes is a Jobs for Delaware Graduates teacher at The John Dickinson School in Wilmington. She teaches high-school students life skills, how to get jobs, critical thinkings skills, emotional intelligence and finance among other things.
 
Tynes graduated Wesley College in 2018 with a B.A. in Psychology, earning a spot on the Dean’s List her final year.  She also was a four-year member of the volleyball team, serving as captain her final season.
 
She earned her Master’s in Criminal Justice from Wesley in 2020.
