Mike MacIver begins his fourth year as an assistant under head coach John Cappiello in 2011.

MacIver is a graduate of the Brazilian Football Academy and comes to Goldey-Beacom with 11 years of coaching experience.  He has served as the head coach at Delaware Technical Community College and the Delaware Olympic Development Program (ODP).  He has worked in the club arena  as well, coaching the DSB Kickers and the CDSA Power to four state championships each.  MacIver has also worked on the professional level as the trainer for various Jamaican and Tanzanian club sides.
