Ben Kettlewell begins his second season on the Lightning coaching staff in 2011. Kettlewell brings an impressive resume to Coach Cappiello's staff.

He was the head boys’ soccer coach at Susquehannock High School, where he guided the Warriors to two consecutive division titles, a York County Championship, an appearance in the 2007 State Semifinals, and a 2008 PIAA State Championship. He was named YAIAA Coach-of-the-Year, and AA Coach-of-the-Year by Pennsylvania Soccer Coaches Association.  

Kettlewell earned a BS in Civil Engineering from Widener University, where he played college soccer. In addition, he earned a Masters of Education from Kutztown University.

Currently, Ben works with the club FC York and the Delaware Olympic Development Program (ODP). He also works as a math teacher at Oxford High School, where he lives with his wife Kelly.
