Biography

At Goldey-Beacom: Second-year player who should challenge for playing time on the Lightning forward line in 2010.

2009 Season: Saw action in seven games and made two starts against Lincoln (9/9) and Concordia (10/30)…recorded four points on one goal and two assists…scored a goal in the Lightning’s 7-0 thumping of Lincoln…assisted on a goal in a 5-2 win over Chestnut Hill (9/17) and on the lone goal in a 1-2 loss to Concordia.

High School: Played varsity soccer at La Plata High under Dennis Burns…led team to a regional championship his senior year…was named SMAC First Team, Offensive Player of the Year and County Player of the year.

Personal: Richard “Ricky” Jackson…came to GBC because it is a small school and he liked the fit…chose Division II athletics because he felt it was the best option…hobbies include hanging out with friends and playing his X-Box…describes himself as “funny”…high school teammate of Brian Mauck (McDaniel) and Nick Dilodivico (Randolf).
