Dan Galati

Dan Galati is in his fourth season as an assistant coach at Goldey-Beacom.
 
Galati served the previous two seasons as an assistant coach at Shepherd University.  He was responsible for providing peer mentorship to student-athletes with an emphasis on growth and goal setting, working with the student-athletes in various aspects of the game and helping in field maintenance.
 
He also has served as a youth baseball camp instructor for the Lightning, providing supervision and direction of activities and programs for more than 22 children.  He also led and implemented original daily activities for upwards of 60 children as well as collaborating with a team of peers to implement safe and exciting group activities for weekly camps.
 
Galati played his college ball at Shepherd, helping the squad to the 2016 and 2017 Mountain East Conference championships.  He was on the University’s Dean List, made the league’s Academic Honor Roll and was an NCAA APPLE Student-Athlete Representative.
 
Galati received his B.S. in Business Administration from Shepherd in 2018 with a concentration in Marketing as well as a minor in Athletic Coaching.
