Biography

Notes: Enters the year first in school history with 129 innings pitched and tied for second with 86 strikeouts. 

In 2020: Pitched in four contests... Notched three strikeouts at Millersville (3/1)… Tossed a scoreless inning at Limestone for the save (2/15). 


As a Junior in 2019: Pitched in 12 games with four starts… Struck out six over 5 2/3 innings against No. 21 Wilmington (4/3), allowing only one earned run for the victory… Also had three strikeouts vs. Delaware (3/16) and Felician(3/25)… Got the save against Concordia-NY (4/27), allowing just a hit over 2/3 of an inning.

As a Sophomore in 2018: Pitched in 11 games with eight starts… Ended 26th in the league with eight starts, 29th with 45.1 innings pitched and 36th with 32 strikeouts… Notched a season-best seven strikeouts over five innings at Felician(4/17)… Got the win at Concordia-NY with six strikeouts over six innings (4/10)… Tossed at least five innings in each of his last four starts.

As a Freshman in 2017: Made 11 appearances on the mound with 10 starts… Closed 19th in the CACC with 53 2/3 innings and 24th with 34 strikeouts… Picked up his first win by allowing just one run and five hits over eight innings with five strikeouts vs. Concordia-NY (4/22)… Struck out six over 7 2/3 innings at Chestnut Hill (3/24)… Also had five strikeouts vs. University of the Sciences (3/19) and nationally ranked Felician(4/30)… Yielded just one unearned run in his first start at Barton (2/19)… Fired seven innings vs. Queens-NY (3/5) for the first complete game in school history.

Notes: Majoring in Business Administration... Most memorable experience was helping Spring-Ford High School win a state championship... Lists Mom  whom he admires most... Avid fan of Chase Utley... Favorite TV show is "30 for 30"... Lists Will Ferrell as favorite actor... Listens to music by Led Zepplin... One of five children... His brother Jason pitched at Widener University and was named first team All-Commonwealth Conference in 2012, second team all-league in 2010 and the 2009 conference Rookie of the Year... Mother is a chef... Son of Jim and Sharon Ferrie... Born in Norristown, PA.
