Biography

As a Junior in 2018: Named first team All-CACC… Played in 37 games with 31 starts… Pitched in 12 games with 10 starts… Closed 39th in the country with 6.97 hits allowed per nine innings, fourth in the league with 8.85 strikeouts per game, fifth with a school-record 61 strikeouts, 11th with 62 innings pitched, 45th with a .282 batting average, 35th with a .389 on base percentage and 61st with a .346 slugging percentage… Posted a school-record 14 strikeouts, allowing just one run and one hit over eight innings vs. Dominican-NY (4/21)… Notched 10 strikeouts over seven innings at University of the Sciences (4/13)… Allowed one run and two hits over seven innings at Chowan (2/24)… Had four starts in which he tossed at least six innings and permitted one earned run… Rapped four hits to go with two RBI at Concordia-NY (4/10)… Also had three hits against Caldwell (3/26)… Recorded two RBI on four occasions… Notched four assists against Bloomfield (3/31)… Tabbed CACC Pitcher of the Week (4/24) and to the CACC Weekly Honor Roll (2/26)… Named to the CACC Academic Honor Roll.

As a Sophomore in 2017: Played in 34 games with 33 starts… Closed 11 in the country with 0.14 triples per game, 29th with five triples, 65th in the CACC with a .250 batting average, 27th with a .417 slugging percentage and 75th with 27 hits… Tied for second on the team with six multi-RBI games… Notched three hits with a double, a triple and an RBI at nationally ranked Felician (4/4)… Posted a triple in three straight games (2/26-3/5)… Clubbed a home run at Bloomfield (4/8)… Recorded 14 putouts at Bloomfield (4/8) and 12 in game two… Notched an eight-game hitting streak (2/18-3/5), batting .357 (10-for-18) with two doubles and two RBI… Posted the first run and double in school history, both at Barton (2/18)… Started seven games on the mound… Picked up the first victory in school history by allowing no earned runs over five innings at Chestnut Hill (3/24)… Fired three scoreless innings vs. nationally ranked Millersville (5/2)… Named to CACC Weekly Honor Roll (3/27)… Tabbed the school’s winner of the Brian Conley Award, given to the student-athlete who best displays courage, determination and perseverance.
