Biography
As a Senior in 2014-15: Named second team All-CACC, ended the season ranked 17th in singles in the East Region, helped GBC close the year ranked 31st in the country and helped the squad post the school’s first head-to-head NCAA Tournament win in any sport… Notched 15 doubles wins (15-6) to tie the GBC single-season record and her 16 singles triumphs (16-2) were tied for fourth… Went 7-0 in league matches for both singles and doubles… Taken to a third set only three times all season in singles… Had 12 singles wins in which she lost no more than four games… Graduates first in school history with 59 career singles wins and tied for second with 48 career doubles triumphs... Named to the CACC Fall Academic Honor Roll.
As a Junior in 2013-14: Picked first team All-CACC… Went 11-9 in singles primarily as the top player and 12-6 in doubles mainly as part of the top team… Won her first five singles matches of the year… Advanced to the quarterfinals of the ITA Regional Championships… Had a trio of three-match winning streaks in doubles... Named to the CACC Fall Academic Honor Roll.
As a Sophomore in 2012-13: Earned Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Player of the Year honors for the second straight season... Named to All-CACC first team and earned spot on CACC All-Tournament Team... Lightning's top player who posted a 19-3 singles record, including a perfect 7-0 mark against CACC opponents... Ended the season on a four-match win streak... Also had a 14-8 doubles record... Named to the CACC Fall Academic Honor Roll.
As a Freshman in 2011-12: Honored as the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Player and Rookie of the Year... Picked first team All-CACC... Posted a 13-2 overall singles record, including a 7-1 mark against CACC opponents... Also tallied a 7-7 doubles mark, including a 5-2 record at No. 1 doubles with Filipa Correia.
