Student-Athletes Recognized by Goldey-Beacom College With Honors Day Awards

5/7/2026 12:00:00 AM

The annual tradition of Honors Day at Goldey-Beacom College is something everyone on campus looks forward to and the student-athletes remained a central focus with a combined seven past and present winning a variety of awards.

"We have been able to cultivate some pretty incredible outcomes in athletic competition, but our student-athletes compete just as hard in the classrooms," Director of Athletics Jeremy Benoit said. "The awards that our student-athletes took home on Honors Day are representative of their ability to compete in areas outside of Athletics and we're just as proud to celebrate those accomplishments."

This annual ceremony honors the elite students in each of the College's academic programs, as well as those who have displayed exceptional service to the GBC and outside communities.  These student-athletes received various awards based on the standout work in their majors.
