Basketball Teams Each Get One On The CACC Weekly Honor Roll

Goldey-Beacom this week saw the outstanding performances from senior Rory Ciszkowski (Wilmington, DE) and junior Julian Williams (Fayetteville, NC) each land them a spot on the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Weekly Honor Roll.

Ciszkowski made the list a third time this season after ending with 13 points on 5-of-9 shooting with five rebounds and two 3-pointers Wednesday against Jefferson.

Ciszkowski continues to be one of the Lightning's top scorers with 10.9 points per contest, but has been just as important on the glass with a team-best 8.0 rebounds per game. She is fifth in the league in rebounding and 15th in scoring.

She extended her own school record to 254 career 3-pointers and is 12th with 1,170 points, just seven away from reaching the top 10.

Williams scored a season-best 21 points on 8-of-10 shooting with nine rebounds and three 3-pointers in Goldey-Beacom's 109-72 victory Wednesday over Jefferson.

The last five games have seen a major breakout for Williams, who is averaging 15.4 points and 8.6 rebounds during that span in shooting 51 percent (30-of-59) from the field. He is 29th in the league with 11.3 points per game and 13th with 6.2 rebounds per contest.

Both teams are in action Tuesday against Holy Family with the women's game at 6:00 pm and the men's contest at 8:00 pm.
