Women’s Basketball Handed 86-72 Loss at Post

The Eagles in the opening half soared to a 46-32 lead by shooting 47 percent (18-of-38) from the field and canning six 3-pointers.  Naj White poured in 15 points during that time with Alyssa Rossignol and Hannah Finnerty adding eight apiece.

Goldey-Beacom's offense got a boost in the second half, netting 40 points in shooting 47 percent (14-of-30) from the floor.  Katie Yoder (Dublin, PA) scored 10 points in that time with fellow sophomore Farrah White (Wilmington, DE) adding nine and senior Julie McCarron (Wilmington, DE) getting seven.

But Post also netted 40 points in the half and shot 52 percent (11-of-21) from the field.  White continued her torrid play with 15 points.
