Daniel Granado Named Second Team All-CACC for Men’s Soccer

Sophomore Daniel Granado (Seville, Spain) has been a major spark plug for Goldey-Beacom's defense and today he was picked second team All-Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference for Men's Soccer.

Granado was a key player over his 15 matches and 13 starts. He helped the Lightning allow no more than one goal five times this season, including a shutout October 11 vs. Bridgeport. His play provided plenty of optimism for a defense that looks to continue putting together all the right pieces.

Granado over his two seasons has played in 32 games with 30 starts. He notched two assists this year after netting three goals a season ago.
