The annual tradition of Honors Day at Goldey-Beacom College is something everyone on campus looks forward to and the student-athletes remained a central focus with 14, as well as two assistants, winning a variety of awards.

"This year is no different from years past, in that our student-athletes are achieving at as high of a rate on the playing surface as they are in the classroom and in the community," Director of Athletics Jeremy Benoit said. "Honors Day is our opportunity to sit back at the end of the academic year and honor the holistic experience that our students are taking advantage of at GBC. And it's no surprise that many of the students being honored are also athletes."

This annual ceremony honors the elite students in each of the College's academic programs, as well as those who have displayed exceptional service to the GBC and outside communities. These 18 student-athletes received various awards based on the standout work in their majors.
