The Lightning played solidly near the end of the first half with their young lineup, netting seven straight points in just over two minutes to open a 28-20 lead with 3:14 remaining.  Sophomore Rory Ciszkowski (Wilmington, DE) continued her spectacular game by converting a four-point play and freshman Katie Yoder (Dublin, PA) nailed a 3-pointer.
