Dan Tudor, whose methods through Tudor Collegiate Strategies have placed his service and appearances in high demand, made a second trip to Goldey-Beacom College in offering advice and strategies to all of the College's coaches.

After first stopping by in the summer of 2018, Tudor once again put his customized five-hour session to work.  Through himself and his team of experts, Tudor focused on giving the Lightning's coaches information through the most effective professional development training an athletic administration can provide for their department's coaches.

"We were provided the opportunity to bring Dan Tudor back to campus to speak with our coaches," Senior Woman Administrator/Assistant Director of Athletics/Women's Basketball Coach Bethann Burke said.  "The methods and strategies that were presented will assist our coaches in the process of continuing to recruit exemplary student-athletes to Goldey-Beacom College."

Tudor's strategies help effectively communicate with the current generation of teenagers and parents, leading to more prospects responding to their recruiting messages.  The coaches also received advice how to use social media the right way, avoiding the mistakes coaches commonly make that turn off a recruit and make it more difficult to connect with them.

Tudor also explained how to lead a prospect through the decision making process, enabling coaches to take control of each recruiting situation and allowing them to more accurately assess exactly where an athlete is in his/her decision making process.

The session is part of the Department of Athletics continuing mission to help offer professional development to its staff members and coaches in hopes of application toward improving the growth of the student-athletes and furthering the knowledge of both the staff and coaches.
