Goldey-Beacom's athletics success continued this fall with a combined 21 members of the volleyball and soccer teams placed on the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Fall Academic Honor Roll.

The volleyball squad was highlighted by junior Lindsay Przywara (Williamstown, NJ), who was picked CoSIDA Academic All-District a second straight year in addition to making the CACC list a second time.  Senior Autumn Keller (Quarryville, PA) was picked for the third time with sophomores Julia Syrdahl (Basking Ridge, NJ) and Autumn Spendlove (Las Vegas, NV) each getting their first honor.

The women's soccer unit saw the spotlight shine on juniors Line Kristoffersen (Bergen, Norway) and Rose Benjamin (North East, MD), each of whom were tabbed CoSIDA Academic All-District and also made the CACC annals a second time.  Juniors Kelly Mejia (State College, PA) and Taylor Owen (Pittsburgh, PA) each got on the CACC Honor Roll a second time with senior Jenna Fannon (Newark, DE), sophomore Jackie Ayers (Rising Sun, MD), junior Emily Woolvin (Birmingham, England) and junior Kiera Young (Havre de Grace, MD) each receiving their first honor.

The men's soccer team saw senior Levi Maruca (Downingtown, PA) make it for a maximum third time with juniors Nicholas Ladeira (Johannesburg, South Africa) and Sergi Varona (Barcelona, Spain) getting their second honor.  Senior Steve Golding (Gosport, England), Elijah Howe (Canberra, Australia), fellow sophomore Chari Konomi (Helsingborg, Sweden), senior Jamie McAvoy (Ayr, Scotland), sophomore Alejandro Sanchez (Madrid, Spain) and junior Alejandro Varela (Cali, Colombia) each got their first award.

These awards come after the women's tennis team placed six on the league's Academic Honor Roll and the women's cross country squad got two, bringing the fall total to 29.

Przywara still has one year of eligibility remaining after moving into second place in school history with 1,007 kills.  The squad also saw sophomore Shayla Boyce (Somerdale, NJ) named third team all-league.

Fannon's honor hardly was her first as she was picked CACC Player of the Year and first team CCA All-East Region.  Sophomore Melayna Immediato (Hockessin, DE) was named first team all-league and second team CCA All-East Region, Mejia was tabbed second team all-league and Benjamin won the league's Top XVI Award for having the best GPA at the finals site.

Varona along with sophomore Eduardo Coimbra (Curitiba, Brazil) and junior Ethan Maguire (Sydney, Australia) all were picked second team All-CACC.  Maguire also was tabbed second team CCA All-East Region.
