Volleyball fell to the firm grasp of Saint Rose by a 3-0 count (20-25, 25-27, 20-25) in Albany, NY on Friday night.
The freshmen trio of Breanne Haley (Elkton, MD), Sydney Fulton (Wilmington, DE) and Morgan Andrews (Wilmington, DE) tallied 16 kills, 36 assists and 20 digs, respectively. Sophomore Makinsie Balderson (Fairfax, VA) chipped in 13 digs.
The Golden Knights (9-11) swift victory was aided by Sam Kubik (20 assists), Tina Ceriello (18 digs), Maddy Halverson (13 digs and 5 blocks), Shayna Webber and Victoria Fogg (5 blocks apiece).
Goldey-Beacom (7-12) travels to Nyack for Saturday's Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference matchup at 1:00 pm.
