Post-Match Quotes: Goldey-Beacom Coach Richard Bowers"Once we lost the third set against Saint Anselm, the attitude changed and we stopped communicating and talking. We stopped playing smart. We are getting there though. We didn't roll over and we pushed it to a fifth game. We see improvement all the time and that is what we are looking for."
"Niki is a stable person for us on defense. We know she is going to pass well and play defense well. All six of the players who have reached 1,000 digs have done it during my tenure, which is great. I always stress that good defense leads to good offense."
"We have been working with our middle hitters. I believe we have two good middle hitters and two great outside hitters. We are trying to use our middle hitters to take some of the pressure off the outside hitters."
"We have been talking more and everything seems to be clicking for us. When we don't have a good match, it's because we are not communicating. It's all about communication for us."
