WILMINGTON, Del. - Led by freshmen
Jordan Dodson (Perryville H.S./Port Deposit, Md.) and
Crystal McCollum (North East H.S./Elkton, Md.), the Goldey-Beacom College women's cross country team earned fourth place at the 2014 Goldey-Beacom College Fall Invite at Banning Park on Saturday morning.
Bloomfield College earned the team title after scoring 26 points as the Bears accounted for four of the top seven finishers.
Dodson finished in fifth place by crossing the finish line in a time of 21 minutes, 35 seconds while McCollum posted a sixth place finish with a time of 21:46.
Sophomore
Ariel Richardson (St. George's Tech H.S./New Castle, Del.) earned 20th place by finishing the 5K race in 22 minutes, 58 seconds while graduate student
Ashley Zaccaria (Gloucester City H.S./Gloucester City, N.J.) followed in 21st place with a time of 22 minutes, 59 seconds.
Junior
Leshae Lee (Joppatowne H.S./Edgewood, Md.) posted a time of 26 minutes, 33 seconds to earn 46th place.
