Box Score Bronxville, NY.- The Goldey-Beacom College (12-14, 6-1 CACC) Women's Volleyball team went the distance in a five set Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference thriller to defeat the Concordia College Clippers (3-13, 2-12 CACC) on Saturday afternoon. The Lightning won the match by set scores of 25-20, 23-25, 25-19, 21-25, and 15-10.
The Lightning used a strong .286 hitting percentage five set win, their highest hitting percentage in a five set win this season. The Lightning were led by senior outside hitter
Kadi McCoy (Dallastown, H.S./Dallastown, Pa.) who posted her team leading 8
th "double double" of the season by notching 21 kills to go along with 11 digs. With her 11 digs, McCoy reached 1005 digs for her college career and is the only player in Goldey-Beacom Women's Volleyball history to record both 1000 kills and 1000 digs. With her 21 kills, McCoy moved into third place on the single season kills record, she now has a CACC leading 376 kills this season.
Lightning junior defensive specialist Mackenize Wilson (Concord H.S./Wilmington, Del.) posted a game high 17 digs in the five set win.

Danielle Cipolletti (Scottsdale H.S./Scottsdale, Ariz.) posted a game high 46 assists. Cipolletti has tallied 20 or more assists in 23 out of 25 matches this season.
The Lightning will look to put together a winning streak when they host a CACC opponent, Georgian Court University on Wednesday evening at the Jones Center, start time is set for 7:00 PM.
